MY ONLINE COURSE IS NOW A MASTERMIND

For a while now, I've had an online course.

Ten modules on starting and growing a law firm, built from everything I'd learned the hard way since founding Legalite in 2017. The lessons in it are real, tested, and hard-won. I'm proud of it.

But I'm retiring it. And here’s why.

The course was always a quiet corner of what I do. A handful of people bought it, worked through it, and got something from it. I never pushed it hard, partly because I had other ventures pulling my focus, and partly because something about it never quite sat right.

It took me a while to name what it was.

A course gives you information. It doesn't give you a person to call when your biggest client walks, or when you're deciding whether to hire, or when you're lying awake wondering if you've priced yourself into a corner. Owning a law firm is one of the more isolating things you can do. You're the lawyer, the rainmaker, the boss, and the one carrying every decision alone. No amount of modules fixes that.

What I was missing, back when I started, wasn't content. It was a room.

People who understood the specific weight of owning a firm. People I could think out loud with, who were building something they believed in too. That's the thing I wish I'd had. So that's the thing I'm building.

The TLFM Mastermind is a small group of law firm owners, capped at ten. Once a month we meet for a call and work through the challenges, the opportunities, and the decisions that don't come with a clean answer. In between, there's a private community for the questions you can't ask anyone else at the firm. And every week I share what's actually happening inside Legalite - the wins, the misses, and what I see coming for firm owners.

Not a course you finish and close. A room you belong to.

There's no bar to clear. You don't need to have owned your firm for a set number of years, and you don't need to be hitting a certain revenue. If you're building a law firm you love, you've got a growth mindset, and you want people in your corner who understand the work, you'll fit.

I'm opening with a founding cohort in July 2026. It's application only, because the room only works when the people in it are right for each other.

And if you were one of the people who backed the course early, nothing you paid for disappears. You'll hear from me directly about what comes next.

I could have left the course sitting there, ticking over, earning its modest keep. But I'd rather build the thing I believe in than keep the thing that was easy.

If the room sounds like yours, here is where to find it.
