do i have to complete the online course FIrst to engage you for mentoring?
No - but I highly recommend it. My course covers some foundational topics and completing it first will make sure we make the most of our time together.
What’s your pricing?
I offer two packages depending on what stage of business you’re at and your goals.
My ‘lite’ package is $1,500 plus GST per quarter (zero-interest instalment plans available), including one call per quarter, with support via text in between. This package is recommended if you’ve owned your law firm for at least 2 years + or just feel like you need some ‘lite-touch’ support.
My standard package is $4,500 plus GST per quarter, including one call per month, support via text in between, plus quick calls for any urgent issues that might come up. This package is recommended for new law firm owners, or established owners who need help with the next stage of their firm’s growth.
Zero-interest payment plans are available.
What ABOUT TAILORED PACKAGES?
If you had something else in mind (for example, mentoring to see you through a particular project), get in touch and I’ll tailor a program and pricing for you.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM TERM?
Yes, but because I know how quickly things can change, my minimum term is only three months (one quarter). You can renew at the end of the quarter, or finish up (and I’ll still continue to cheer you on!).
To get the most out of mentoring, I recommend working together for one year.
ARE YOUR MENTORING SESSIONS TAILORED TO ME?
Absolutely! We’ll spend our first session getting to understand your business, your goals, and any hurdles that keep coming up for you.
From there, our mentoring sessions will be completely tailored to you. At the end of the quarter, we’ll review what you’ve achieved, and if you’d like to continue working with me, make any adjustments as needed.
HOW MANY CLIENTS DO YOU TAKE ON?
To make sure I can give you my full and quality attention, currently I am only taking on two clients per quarter on my standard package, and one client per quarter on my lite package.
why you?
I get it - there are a lot of mentors and coaches out there. As a law firm owner myself, I understand the unique nature of the legal industry. But regardless, we’ll take the time upfront (before engaging me) to make sure we’re the right fit.
Where are you based?
I’m in Melbourne, but can work with clients remotely and across different time zones.
