I know, because I started Legalite in 2017 with no playbook and learned most of it the hard way. The wins, the misses, and the calls I'd make differently now.

Somewhere along the way I realised the thing I was missing wasn't another course. It was a room: people who understood the specific weight of owning a firm, who I could think out loud with, and who were building something they believed in too.

That's what this is.

How much time does it take?

A 90-minute call once a month, plus whatever you put into the community between calls. It's built to fit around a working week, not compete with it.

Do I need a firm of a certain size?

No. Sole practitioners and growing teams are equally welcome. The shared thread is ambition and values, not headcount or revenue.

What's the commitment?

Six months, so the group can build real trust and your progress has time to compound.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What's shared in the room stays in the room. You'll be discussing real decisions, numbers, and people, and the community is built to hold that safely.

What if I can't make a call?

Life happens. Calls are a cornerstone, but the community runs every day, so you're never out of the loop.

Is the mastermind only for Australian lawyers?

No, if you're a law firm owner - whether from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, US or anywhere in between, you're welcome to join. While our monthly calls will be held during standard times in Melbourne, Australia, all members' time zones will be taken into account and sessions are recorded.
